WHY YOU SHOULD BECOME
A SUBSCRIPTION MEMBER
The cost of ambulance service can range from $400 to $1,700 depending on the severity of the emergency. Most insurance companies, including private insurance companies, HMO’s and government programs, such as Medicare, pay only a portion of the cost of ambulance services. Our subscription membership program helps reduce the unpaid, uncovered or noneligible
portion of your bill for services rendered
to you.
YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
AND THE EMERGENCY
SERVICES CLAIM PROCESS
We are required to bill your insurance company for the fees associated with providing emergency medical care. We also must bill our patients for their deductible, non-covered services
or terminated coverage. Your subscription membership may help with some of these outof-pocket charges! We also want you to be aware that many insurance companies are changing
their policies and placing the burden of claims processing on the patients. Because of these changes you may be responsible for following up with your insurance company to get your
claim processed and forwarding any payments you receive from your insurance company for our services, to us. We are here to assist our
subscription members as necessary. Please note that non-compliance with the above patient responsibilities may result in termination of membership eligibility.
