Robert C Williams Vice Chairman
Robert C. Williams is a seasoned executive with some 33 years of progressive financial, accounting, management and real estate experience. In 2002, Bob concluded a 22+ year financial leadership career with CIGNA, spanning all insurance product/business areas including international, property & casualty, life and healthcare. Bob was acknowledged as a strong, proven financial leader with a demonstrated ability to build strong, effective and consultative organizations. His executive contributions were particularly evident during Bob's leadership of two complex post-acquisition integrations of people, financial systems and controls: the first in the International Division involving financial management oversight/integration of 50 countries, and the second in the HealthCare Division involving integration of a major former competitor. Since 2002, Bob has been successfully involved in the Real Estate business in Bucks County as a Broker and Regional Manager with Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors. Bob has a BS (Accounting - '75) and a MBA (Management - '80) from St. Joseph's University. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member of Bucks County Community College (Business Studies) and also has served in a variety of roles in community emergency medical services. Prior to his business career, Bob served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour in VietNam.
