David Bruck began his career in Emergency Medical Services in 1984 at age 15 when he was accepted as a volunteer at the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad. From there, he went on to become an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts. He then was a firefighter with the Falls Township Fire company; Falls Township Police Dispatcher 1988-1995; Police/Fire/EMS/9-1-1 Dispatcher for the Bucks County Department of Communications 1995-1998. Paramedic for various EMS agencies througout Bucks County holding many certifications. Over the years, Dave has held every position at the rescue squad including Chief of Operations and President. He has been a board member and has been chairman off and on for many years. In 2007 Dave was asked to lead the transition effort of the organization to the newly created board of directors where he has served as Chairman ever since. Dave left emergency services as a career in 1999 for a career in information technology. Working for Unisys from 1999-2000, Dave worked as a Network and Desktop Consultant. Since 2000 he has been with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Service Delivery Manager for the North American Public Sector where he oversees an IT Infrastructure for 4,000 users. He has his own consulting business, KZB Consulting, where he designs and maintains websites; designs, installs, and maintains data networks and server enviornments, and builds/repairs laptops and PCs. In his personal life, Dave is married to Diana Bruck and has two sons (Kyle and Bryan) and his two dogs (Scrubs and Jake). He grew up in Levittown, PA and now lives in Holland, PA. Dave is a big sports fan who holds season tickets to the Phillies. He loves to read and watch his kids play sports. |
