Chris Harding is a Director of Sales and Previews Luxury Property Coordinator for the real estate firm of Coldwell Banker Hearthside in Bucks County, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Pennsylvania, consisting of 17 offices and over 400 agents. He is a 14-year veteran of the real estate industry who holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a BS in Political Science, and is also a graduate of The Lawrenceville School.

Over the years, Chris has traveled extensively for Coldwell Banker Corporation as an instructor, speaking to thousands of agents in destinations ranging geographically from Washington State to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Chris has also served two four-year terms with Yardley Borough Council. During that time, he held the positions of Council President, Council Vice-President, Public Safety Chairperson, and Finance Committee Chairperson. Born and raised in Bucks County, he and his wife of 13 years currently reside in Yardley Borough.
