Brian has more than 20 years of leadership experience in roles encompassing operations, consulting and account management.  Currently, he is Vice President of Staffing for Conifer Health Solutions, a leading provider of business process solutions for healthcare providers across the United States.

Brian is recognized for his expertise in establishing staffing strategies in addition to creating a culture of operational excellence. As Vice President of Staffing, he sets the direction for the business line as well as assists clients with developing and implementing standardized processes, staffing best practices and creating scale.

Before joining Conifer Health Solutions, Brian was National Director of Recruiting for Precyse Solutions, a health information management and technology company.

For ten years prior to joining Precyse, Brian was Practice Leader, Healthcare Recruiting for DoubleStar, Inc.  During this time he successfully provided services to the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Christiana Care, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Princeton Health System, The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia, Main Line Health System, University of Mass Memorial Health, and others.

Prior to DoubleStar, Brian was Director of Recruiting for a regional staffing firm and Partnership Manager for a global staffing organization and provided services to many Fortune 500 companies in the Philadelphia region.

Brian is also active in endeavors outside of DoubleStar. He holds active membership with the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management, American Health Information Management Association, and the national Society for Human Resources Management.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, with a minor in Employee Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
